Food is such a rich representation of a culture. By expanding our knowledge of global cuisine we simultaneously broaden our connections to others. We made every effort to include a wide range of dishes that honor many cultures, techniques and resources. It was hard to narrow it down to 200, so if we missed a favorite dish, feel free to add it to the deck using the provided Blank Cards.
